Unfortunately it is the same answer politly put for technical probs. Take plug from wall and replace rebooting set top box; Use LAN cable and not wifi; Change URL; it is your internet provider. When it is proven that those standard responses are not part of the problem Thai Expat TV do not want to know.

Use the Windows software.. No problems!

Casualbiker, The package is sold to include Android. Fit for purpose springs to mind. It is not practicable anyway for me to use Windows.

Currently having problems with Thai Expat TV on the Android platform. Has worked very well up until this week. Got the usual message back about my internet but I bounced that back with Ookla speedtest results to Bangkok and the fact that viewing iLike HD and Kodi in 1080p is working as normal.

A few months ago they changed the structure of the TV guide. It is now practically useless and I believe it's edited / compiled by someone who had no understanding of UK television.

I raised my concern with their support system and they simply said there was nothing they could do.

Is it just me? Or have others found the new tv guide to be useless except as a simple listings service?
