As I understand it at the Ampur, I have to get a letter from the British Embassy after showing my divorce paper to them, To take back the divorce confirmation to be able to marry again. I am British Marrying a Thai, How do i go about it ?

You have to obtain a letter of being single (which will require divorce paperwork I believe) at UK Consulate - that is then translated into Thai and registered at Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs office as a Thai legal document - that registered copy is then presented to a District Office to allow marriage of a foreigner. Once you get the letter the translation service can take care of registration of document so not as hard as it may sound.

Because all require a paper from there Embassy before they can register a marriage here - you must have that Embassy letter as well as your Thai divorce paperwork in this case.

Actually the letter is required for all foreigners married before or not - it is basically a one page bio data form that you will out and sign and they sign and is required by any District Office before allowing marriage to be registered. As said if you married here before it will be the same process but you may need the divorce paperwork to show not currently married.
