Is this as it bypasses Surin? Sure I've seen it.

Well it's obviously in an area which has some money to put in a flowery median strip and lighting like that. There also seem to be a lot of electrical wires. 226 runs from Korat to Ubon.

Looks like the road out of Sisaket to Surin, turn left to Uthumpon, right to Rasi

It's where the by-pass leaves the Buriram road just going out of Surin. You have the prison 1 km left, and on the right you have the shing-a-shong.
