Two days ago for a 50 minute hike/run up and down a mountain trail I found I'd left my sport shoes at home and as I was meeting someone wore my regular Rubbberised deck shoes.

I got broken blisters on my right foot.

I get some depression and regular heavy exercise is important to me to bring sleep and calm and someone who knows this asked if I had ever seen Nuskin here, apparently you just paint it on and it really alleviates the blister soreness and so on.

Anyone know if it's available?

Ps I alternate with yoga but can't overdo that it's also a problem with shoulders at the moment and at 67 trying to ration it and balance it with leg type exercise. I need these toes workable ASAP

Pps in Chiangmai

Thanks

Nuskin is great stuff but lacking it a few months ago I used duct tape. Got huge blisters from working on hot teak deck (no deck shoes) so pierced the blisters, drained and applied duct tape, kept it on for about a week. Worked fine but wore deck shoes for rest of the trip.

Been busy but tried a couple of local pharmacies without luck yesterday, I guess it's worth trying the CMU pharmacy and Nalin at Taipei Gate. Maybe Boots.

If anyone happens to beat me to Nalin please could they ask about Nuskin and post.

Thanks

(If I remember it's a we bit like superglue ends up a clear and semi hard but flexible coating)

Ps Keeniau did the duct tape come off or still there?

Most kind offer from you rodknock!

I never did get to the Thapei gate pharmacy but have worn a plaster days, wearing mostly trainers so not rubbing, no plaster at night so it can dry and heal, and sticking to cycling and yoga.

So whilst it still is not quite dry the damned blister is indeed getting better.

On way to Chiangrai will try the rather good medical supplies store opposite the mosque street corner.

Thanks again for offer!

(You don't happen to be in CR do you?)

ps what's the connection between Nuskin and bowling......and what type of bowling?
