Trying to book a fast track service through a website but it says the "service is not valid if you have overstayed a visa earlier".

I overstayed by 2-3 days in 2014 and this was on an old passport that got a paper glued to it. I have a new passport now with no stamps and a brand new tourist visa issued in my home country. I guess they still see the old overstay in their system?

So I cannot book the fast track service because of the overstay in 2014?

Thank you for any insights. Last time at Suvarnabhumi I queued for about 2 hours at immigration and don't want to repeat that.

No experience with overstaying however..

I have been denied entry and wasn't able to book Fast Track the second time. First time was no problem.

I have an Elite visa now, so obviously I can still use theirs.

I actually managed to book the fast track service by clicking "I confirm that I haven't overstayed" - guessing they must mean the current visa. So we'll see what happens when I get there. I'll report back.

That makes perfect sense.

Not much use to book fast track when on overstay.

Will be a slow track.
