Craft Beer in Loei

To add to the growing list of Thai Craft Beers, there is Outlaw Brewing located in Loei City at Jasper's Cafe (about 20m past coffee bar along the road that follows the small lake) and in Chiang Khan there is Jo Beer on soi 3. Outlaw has a great selection of ales on tap along with Isaan food and some western food like pasta and chicken wings.
