There's a lot of competition but if you can provide a distinction like really good food, good price, and strategic location, why not?

I have no input on the competitive position in Pattaya, I don't live there.

But, my question is have you ever run a restaurant, or been in the catering business back in your home country?

The restaurant business is brutal, everywhere! I have family members who own, or have owned, restaurants and it's a tough tough business. You can be King of the Hill for a year then be bankrupt the next.

Don't go into catering thinking it's easy, and certainly if you're later in life, don't invest your life saving's. It's a young man/woman business, when you still have the time to pick up the pieces if it fails

Food to die for especially for us ex-pats but you are more likely to lose money than make in Pattaya wai.gif
