My spine is getting twisted from answering or re-editing gmails in the right lower corner. Using the window enlarging feature brings up another annoyance, see screenshot.

Question= the issue is the unwanted pop-up for selecting different types Bold, Italic

Takes away much to much typing space

How change settings, so that pop-up occurs only one demand? Or not at all? A simple clean window?

I am using the open compose app for new email, works fine, no pop-up http://goo.gl/8hlYZB

I've been using this. still but still there is the formating pop-up. No way to have it poppen only on demand?

That is the most logical way. You format an email normally one time.

Tks, I'm aware of this. But was looking for a way to eliminate it permanently. It's a programming oversight. Seems nothing can be done. It can become frustrating if you switch frequently between apps. It pops up each time a new cutting into space for proof reading

Send line far right (more options) check plain text mode. You can also have it open in full screen at same time by clicking that option.

This is a very interesting suggestion. I would use it only very selectively because with hundreds of emails inside Gmail it is hard to lose ease of search & accessibility
