Where is a good but cheap hospital to get an eye exam ?

Dr. Paradon at St. Louis Hospital near Surasak BTS station. Full eye exam and a prescription for eye glasses/contacts if you need them. Last time I went cost was 1400 baht. Full exam takes about an hour.
