Tycoon Place,

Third road end of South Pattaya Rd...nice new rooms with aircon, cable TV and fridge ( not minibar fridge ) ,quiet , free internet via LAN cable in the rooms.

Nice enough swimming pool. 700 baht per night or 9,000 per month (Plus electric + water + deposit )

maybe alittle late m8 but...

go to one of the palace hotels (set back on 2nd road) opposite the one with the plane sticking out (forget name) buy a member card for 300 Baht (valid for one year) and the room rates reduce from 1500 a night to 800.

every time i come your way thats where i stay and the rooms are big and clean.. lobbys good, no probs with "freinds" visiting :o and a big pool

highly reccomend
