The bacon gives a delicious rich salty flavour which contrasts nicely with whichever kind of sausage you choose. I'm a long-time customer of Passion Delivery. They just started making their own entres. I ordered veal stew. Compares to any fine restaurant in flavor and quality. If they did make a stuffing, I'll bet it would be delicious.
