Red Lotus Lake visit the end of February

Featured Replies

I'm considering a trip from BKK up to Udon Thani in part to visit Red Lotus Lake, whoes published season is November to February. With the cold weather earlier, I wonder if a frost happened which might have killed off or damaged the blossoms? Would delaying a visit to the peak of next season be better?

............Dont think there has ever been frost in Udon...........Not yet...........but with global warming you never know....lol.

Why dont u contact Udon TAT for info.?

As the nights have been cool it MAY still be worth visiting, but doubtless it wont be as impressive as it was a month or so ago?

We were there about a month ago and really enjoyed the morning...
