Hi all just wondering if the timeframe of 3months is counted from the date of application or the date that all documents were handed in? We applyed in the end of may had our interview on june 20th and were told we needed more documents wich were not handed in until mid august(I posted several times re: our police report dramas!) I know it cant be to much futher away just getting a bit nervous that somthing is wrong??

Usually from the date of application, however if you needed to supply extra documents then this will delay the process.

How long will it take??...cant answer that one...just sit tight and wait...hopefully it will work out ok...if you feel that the time taken is becoming excessive then you can try contacting the Embassy to enquire about the progress...
