Going for a prospect visa application with my thai girlfriend and i live in western australia.

I just have a few more questions as we are in the final stages of putting application in.

1 Do i need to do a police and medical report or just my thai girlfriend.And does this happen automatically or we need to do this when we hand in main application in bangkok.

2 I olso have original copys of my birth certificate, and pasport but got a justice of the peace to singn to say original ( is this ok).

3 I was'nt keeping my phone biils to prove i was calling her and texting her. Have started to keep them but only have a few.

4 put together about 12 photos with 4 letters + 4 money transsfer.
