Prevent Chromium to download ITSELF

I didn't know you could install Chromium on Windows. Why not use Chrome, it was designed for Windows..

I have been using Chrome but chromium one day was offered as useful add on. My bad

I don't really unnderstand chromium I think it's is still in the experimental stages and is for Linux systems and non-windows devices. I'd stay away from it if you're using Windows 10.
