Reliable Contractor in Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a reliable contractor in Chiang Mai to fully renovate 2 adjacent apartments,1 x 40sqm and 1 x 44sqm.

Need the following;

SafeTcut installed

Rewire lighting (need to hide the wiring)

New bathroom suite, shower, water heater and retile

Kitchen

New interior and front door

Remove back door, window and half wall. Order and fit sliding patio doors

Remove parquet floor and tile

Repaint

Possibly put in coving or false ceiling.

Can discuss materials purchasing.

Need to be able to start May 3rd and complete in 4 weeks

Please reply if you know of someone or a company that you would recommend.

I can recommend a small building-company that has done work on my house, although I have no idea if they have space on their books to start on May 3rd.

- Perhaps we can continue this in a private message.

Personally speaking your timescale is unrealistic.

Now compound that with Thainess of work one day have two days off .

The work you need carrying out is very labour intensive and difficult to co ordinate.

If you dont get an A1 team from the start its gonna be a nightmare for you.

For starters your two condos are looking at a minimum of 6 weeks and thats before thr unforseens.

..sorry OP..my guy is still on a project then and unable to assist.

I am in Chiang Mai, too, and a new user. I would like to renovate my studio condo - electrics, kitchen and bathroom.

I've found just asking around to be difficult...nobody seems to know of a reliable good value contractor.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
