Does anyone use a mini exercise bike at home?

Featured Replies

If you've never heard of these, they look like this: http://www.lazada.co.th/catalog/?q=mini+exercise+bike

People use them under their work desks or while watching TV.

There are some highly reviewed models in the US though they cost $160 (without shipping). If anyone has used a Thai version, how did you like it? I am considering getting one myself.

I should hook my Monitor to such a contraption equipped with generator and battery to ensure sufficient exercise.

You wouldn't even need to, they encourage passive cycling at a pace that doesn't upset you while burning a good amount of calories (fitness buffs will object to such easy calorie burning work but who cares?)
