Is this a legit site or are some of the goods fake?

Yep - it's BigC... you can even specify a BigC store for pick-up rather than delivery if you want.

Fully legit. Don't seem well managed but fully legit. Besides the poor website (even buggy sometimes) they've cancelled (and refunded) orders on me due to no stock, and shipping is generally slow, sometimes extremely so. They cancelled 3 orders out of roughly 10 orders in the past year or so that I've shopped with them. Silly me keeps going back because they can be quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere for some things. Be sure to use discounts codes shown on their home page, especially site wide ones but those seem pretty rare nowadays.
