THB 6500 per month for a one year Lease

THB 7000 per month for a 6 months Lease

THB 7800 per month for a 3 Months Lease

The rent above also include the internet package but does not include the following:

- Estate Management Fee (To be split between lessee and lessor)

- Parking Fee (THB 300/Month)
