About a year or so ago my wife had a new kitchen/dining room built onto the back of our house.

The builder didn't make the footings deep enough and consequently the addition is now starting to subside. This has resulted in some large cracks starting to appear in the walls.

Whilst I was out of the country at the time I'm not sure it would have made a great deal of difference as my building knowledge is fairly minimal. For this reason I need someone honest and trustworthy.

I would be grateful if anyone could recommend a reputable contractor in Khon Kaen...preferably one who can speak english.

not really laughing at you. probably more at how hard it is to get a ' decent ' contractor / builder anywhere, I thought thats what i had every time ..... let alone a specific region ... but i guess if you research enough you may find something ...
