Alternatives to True Internet Fiber - Chiang Rai

Hi, posting from my tethered DTAC phone due to this being the 3rd week my True Internet Fiber connection is just unbearable. I am currently in Chiang Rai but wanted to post this generally as I now understand most of the problems with the True Internet service I have been experiencing are not a local coincidence.

I am reaching out for quality experience on alternative fiber connections. After I gather that information and the companies I will probe locally to see what is available (most likely a very small subset of the list) and make a decision. Please post your Internet Fiber experience, good or bad, not looking for speed tests to the local server, that has already been covered on another post. The following information would be really really useful to me especially:

1. Provider Company Name
2. Service Offering Level (package description / approx price)
3. User Experience (are you happy, why, why not?)
4. How long have you had this service?
5. How long have you been with the provider?
