Looking for house to rent in Phitsanulok

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have recently moved to Phitsanulok and am looking to rent a house for the long term.

- Prefer a detached house (with a bit of garden space, as opposed to a townhouse).
- 2 or 3 bedrooms
- decent kitchen
- I have furniture, but partly furnhised is OK
- place to park a car and motorbike

I don't know which areas are good locations but would prefer a bit of peace and quiet, so not in the heart of the town. Ideally have some farang nearby and also reasonably close to some shops, market, etc.

Would appreciate any advice or help finding a suitable place.

Please reply here or PM me with any info.

Many thanks.

In all fairness the best option would be to have a ride around and take a look.

Where does one start when looking to rent in towns such as Phitsanulok.

Are there designated estate agents as such,i believe not.

Lots of building going on,condos, town houses etc.

There are numerous housing estates dotted around the town and on some of the back roads leading to the airport etc.

Expats, not that many as far as I know, although some meet up in the Top Land centre I believe.

There is a Farang bar down by the river, name equates to shut your mouth I think.

Anyhow this forum doesn't see much action for areas such as Phitsanulok or Phetchabun good luck either way.
