Thai online shopping return policy ....

Featured Replies

A few of the big Thai online retailers have a 7 or even 14 day free return policy if you don't like the item for any reason....(they claim anyway)

If I were to buy two similar items like say 8tb hdds etc from rival companies and return the slowest one for a refund or even store credit?

I know it works like this in my country, they will not put you on their shitlist for returning an item but TIT and I'm not even sure they would give the refund as agreed....

Anyone any experience with this?

I ordered a smart phone from Lazada, they sent one of the wrong colour. Contacted the Customer Service, was told to follow the Return procedure to get a money refund.

I asked to swap the phone for another with the correct colour, but was told I can only get money back, and I could then order again.

In the end, I decided not to return the phone, as I would buy a case anyway, so the phone colour was not important enough to go through the Return procedure.

However, not sure if I could return a product which meets all the sales specs.

A HD should come sealed in an antistatic bag. So how do you test to find which one is slower without breaking the seal?

Returning an opened HD would constitute used, unless the drive failed, and possibly not returnable.

Why not look up the specs on the manufacturer's web site?

They was just an example,

not the thing I ordered anyway, also manufacturers often lie about speed tests in performance items but we're getting off track

they claim they operate a No questions asked return policy for 7-14×days...

I just wanted to know if anyone had experience of it ....
