Due to unforeseen circumstances (son on his deathbed, slight chance he will make. If he does, we can move him to a treatment center in Khon Kaen – if he doesn't, we will still move), we're looking to find a house for rent in Khon Kaen. We have tried the Internet, but it's not much to find. And driving around looking for places today didn't lead to much.

Does anyone have some tips as to how to find a house? Any advice at all would be much appreciated.

Same as many Isaan towns , it's not easy to find rental properties. Some larger cities do have FB/websites but not many.

Usually people drive around and speak to the locals (neighbors or shops)

I agree DDproperty. Had 101 rental properties when I checked this morning. I don't think we can post the link but do a Goggle search for DDproperty
