Can anyone tell me good or bad things about jasmine city on sukhumvit soi 23. I am looking at renting an suite for around five months they have told me the cost would be 64000 a month all inclusive with internet and 70pc of laundry a month starting in december. The room is 58 sqm veray clean and nice new looking is this price right for bangkok any info guys thanks :o

58sq metres seems small for that kind of money.

I dont know the place myself, but for 60-70k there are some very nice places to be had in Bangkok

Yes seems small for that kind of money, mine is 70k and its 130sqm also in the same area.

I do hear that Jasmine are good though, if i was here for 5 months i would recomend centre point soi 10, i stayed there for 2 months when i first moved to Thailand.

The centerpoint looks ok and the price is 68,000 a month for a one bed at 73sqm but i think i will take the jasmine its a bit smaller but the rooms are nice and its right on sukhumvit. Thanks for all the help guys :o
