I have never heard of B1 extension. I think you have an extension of stay based upon working.

1. When does your extension end? You can hoose the date to apply by getting a termination letter from your employer and apply for the extension on the same date shown on the letter.

2. There no 7 days after the work permit expires to do something.

3. You need a completed TM 7 form with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached. Download and print two sided: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm7.pdfhttp://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm7.pdf

A letter from your bank confirming your account and balance. Copies of your bank book to confirm the 800k baht has been in the bank for 60 days.

Proof of residence. Copy of blue book for condo and possibley a copy of your chanote to prove you own it.

4. You can do it yourself.
