hi…Im sure this topic will have been covered many times but can't seem to find it. In a few weeks i will be renewing my driving licenses and I will need the proof of address form or the whatever the completed paper work is called. Its the same paperwork/certificate you also need to buy a motor vehicle etc.

Is there a downloadable version of this form i can fill in before i go to Jomtien immigration so i can have all my paperwork ready when i go there?

Also what other additional paperwork is required when i go to immigration with the form, passport photo,copy of passport ????

Its been 5 years since i last needed the certificate and my memory is not that good nowadays many thanks in advance

I got the exact same letter one day last week. You'll also need a signed rental agreement and a copy of your landlord's ID. In my case, my wife is my landlord.

And a copy of the "house book" ("tam bien baan" in Thai). Don't forget to have 2 passport photos with you (for very letter that is).

just a quick question…how long is the residence certificate valid for?…. was thinking of getting it this week then going for my license renewal next week
