You think 2 years for sex with 11 year olds was a bit harsh. 2014, Operation Yewtree uncovered evidence of historic child abuse and rape allegations. Gadd was charged, and convicted of one account of attempted rape, 4 counts of indecent assault and one count of sex with a child aged under 13 years old. He was sentenced to 16 years. Sentencing was based on the very young age of the victims, the number of victims, and the elapsed time of the abuse, and that he had abused a position of trust. Sentencing was at the upper end of the guidelines, but was not unfairly harsh, confirmed at subsequent appeals. You think that was overly harsh.
