Hotels near Bell Travel Bus Station

It's my first time to Hua Hin and I plan to take a bus from Pattaya to Hua Hin, preferably put up at a hotel near where the bus station for Bell Travel is located.

Frankly, looking at the map, I have absolutely no idea where is the city center. Is it where the railway station is located ?

Please advise.

You'll have better options if you hop on a tuk tuk or motorbike and just head to the central area around soi 61, and if you are a Thai rookie, they'll probably try to fleece you, but not by much! Railway station is central, from there, walk east, cross at the traffic lights and you'll be on soi 61.

Try Tanawit Hotel.

Yes, I agree, I have stayed there when I have traveled to Hua Hin. A perfect location if you want to stay somewhere clean and tidy and central at a reasonable price. Just 1000 baht a day with Agoda at the moment for next week.

It is why I am just about to book it for a couple of UK visitors who wanted to go down there.

When I have stayed there, I have been with my family.

These lads will need a place they can take a 'guest' back to the room if they wish.

I have emailed the hotel to ask if guests can stay or not, and despite several emails over a couple of days they have not yet replied!

So do you know if they are OK with this?

If I book an hotel that is not guest friendly I think they will hate me forever!!!

Thanks for your help - or anyone else who could advise me.
