Anyone know a factory for small order high quality bikini manufacture?

Hi,

a good friend of mine is a clothing designer for boutique designer clothing (runs her own company). She's been getting stuff made in bali but having some issues there. Currently looking to try making stuff here, to be shipped off to Australia / Europe and US for sale. We have found a very good sublimation printer in Bangkok. She has also found one option for tailoring / manufacturing but they are in Koh Samui, which is expensive and a pain to get to. They don't have to be in Bangkok, Krabi, Pattaya, anywhere really as long as they can do the job.

Looking for any leads on other options. They should be specialised in making Bikinis / swimwear, its very specific and involves special fabrics. Initially looking to make orders around 400 pieces and ramping up from there.
