HCMC or Cambodia for Non-O visa run

Featured Replies

I am a U.S. citizen, and have a Non-immigrant O visa. I am living in Bnagkok and need to make a visa run tomorrow. I am not sure weather to go to Cambodia via bus or try a jump via air to HCMC.

Which option is the fastest? Which is the cheapest? What kinds of scams or fees should I be prepared for? I know that there are some rules for air travel that can be problematic for those with visas, but I am woefully unsure of what I am up against.

Thanks!

Is this "O" visa you have single entry or multiple entry ?

If multiple entry a new 90 day stay can be had whilst the visa remains valid by entering another county and returning. This can be done by land or by air.

There are many visarun companies in BKK. A trip with them is most certainly the cheapest and the fastest.

Have a search as there are many topics about Border Runs from Bangkok.

Yes, I'm asking about a visa for Thailand, so feel free to move the thread to the right spot. I'm a newbie. Sorry for putting in the wrong place.

If its just a visa run and you live in bkk, then fly to country where you don't need a visa to enter.

If it was for short holiday as well then Vietnam is hard to beat.

Op I just read your last post after I posted this. You state you already have a visa multiple and then state you want visa for thailand. Im confused.
