one 2 Call sim

Featured Replies

How long can a one 2 call Sim card be inactive before the company disables it? I haven't used my Sim card since September.

Assuming for a moment that you have gone past the current expiration date, there have been some reports of service providers holding the number for a 30 - 90 day grace period, during which you may be allowed revive it.

However, there is a shortage of numbers, again (more of a distribution issue than an inventory issue), so service providers may be turning over expired numbers more quickly.

You can have a maximum expiry of 365 days, assuming you've topped up accordingly, and/or paid a fee for an extension.

Do you know anyone in Thailand now? Maybe they could pop round an AIS shop and sort it out for you?

There are many ways to manage your account, both with short codes and the web, but the former requires international roaming (if you are not in Thailand), while the latter requires registration.

Good answer MTLS. My sim is probably no good then. Is there a kiosk in Bangkok Airport????

I put my SIM in the phone. It works here in Iraq on the Zain network. I couldnt believe I even had 250 baht in minutes. Lol. Remember I havent touch this SIM since September

Are you the same person as the OP?

*121# send (use the phone dial pad app.) is a USSD code wich should return your current prepaid balance (In baht) and expiration date.

It sounds like you have enabled International Roaming on your SIM.

You could also register for here:

http://www.ais.co.th/one-2-call/en/promotion.aspx

click on the e service logo upper right corner, enter your 10 digit number, wait for the confirmation code, enter that and go.

My guess is that you have yet to pass your expiry date because of your previous top-up activities?
