Help Needed on Import Duties from China and Turkey

Hi All,

I have been trying to search the Customs site (http://igtf.customs.go.th/igtf/en/main_frame.jsp) for import tariff data for automotive coolant hose (vulcanised rubber hose with textile reinforcement)

It is not 100% clear that there is a duty exemption for China as per below:

** Please Check Counties granted preferential tariff concession from Tariff Schedule annexed to the Notification of the Ministry of finance.

It does state an exemption in place (until 21/12/2017) but really need clarification on this and what will happen after this date.....?

Also for Turkey can I assume the below is the tariff?

I am a little concerned as there is also a 'ceiling rate' table stating rate @ 50% specified but no clarity on how this is affected regionally?????

I am looking to see if anyone has a contact in the customs team I can speak to on this (I have sent an email but nil response) or maybe could help me by direction to a location on the internet that can clarify the terms

Really hope someone out there can help or offer advice....
