Done traditional Sunday roast today, beef. No pictures to speak of but I did take one of the Yorkshire pudding. Far be it for me to hoist my own flag but you won't find better than that done in an electric oven.

Carrot salad "Dagwood" on toasted whole wheat. Made w/vegan "mayo". 2  or 3 excellent brands in The States, but SHOCKED to find this "mayo" @ TescoLotus On Nut! :thumbsup:PSX_20170727_213428.jpg.6a5159a13c81739c2adc6b13a824ae46.jpg

left over carrot salad with dijon vinagrette on toast makes a great, quick brekkie...the salad tastes better in the fridge overnight...

Well, the crab is a crab and the pics above are leaves cooked in coconut milk. Nothing yuckish about either :)

For any Americans.. We're going back to the 70's tonight.

It's a good old family fav from my childhood.

"Shake & Bake" chicken wings.

Plus a baked potato and a sweetcorn on the side.

Ready for the oven...

Ultimate veggie-burger would be a bacon-cheese-burger with a side of veggies like fries or onion-rings..
