All this to miss a dog - tour bus demolishes property

Will the person who cops the bill for this now be happy that there are no laws on dogs roaming the streets? Hope they enjoy the big dent in their finances.

There are laws on dogs roaming the streets. But only in some cities as the laws are local not national. Pattaya and Bangkok both have laws about it. For Chiang Mai I have no idea perhaps some resident there could advise. The Public Health dept. and/or City Vet should be able to advise.

As for the cost of the damage; let the "dogs have the right to be there" brigade pay for it.

to thais, that dog was my servant in another life.

to people with brains, your in thailand. these things happen. i f not a dog then sleepy driver, or narrow roads, or....etc.etc.
