Newish Digital only Channel. If you have a digital ready tv then you may already be able to get it. Alternatively buy one of the 500 baht digital boxes or check with your cable tv supplier.

Last option if you have internet and an android box Ilikehd free channels should have it.

It should be channel 36 of any system using standard numbering in Thailand. Believe most free to air systems and TrueVisions have also adopted the standard digital broadcast number system for channels 1-36 now.

Yes ... Channel 36 on my digital tv setup. BTW for what the system costs it gives a perfect picture.

PPTV carry Bundesliga football, and on my TV I can change the language so I get commentary in English. The picture is superb, as was Ch3HD during the European Championships.
