There are no rules AFAIK to say that any newbie cannot make a post on Thai Visa.

We all had to start somewhere and some when.

Just curious how the post count can be zero.

IIRC posts in this forum don't count towards the total, it was introduced some years back. There was a valid reason, but I'm dashed if i can remember what it was.
