LMAO   :cheesy:

By an amazing coincidence these will turn out to be one of our most prominent Trump Supporters (on TV - you all know who it is :whistling:) favourite bands and performers and that DJT has chosen well.  I like how it says BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN...................cover band. My my Toby Keith and the Radio City Rockettes - a totally fitting reflection of the quality of the inauguration.

Thanks iReason you have given me a spring in my step today.

Got to bow down to BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN ...... cover band. But to be fair B Street also performed at Obamas 2009 inauguration. So they are really that good, but they weren't a cover band for Obamas gigs as Bruce Springsteen was there himself.

Obama said that "there was no one more qualified than Hilary to be president".

I guess that must have put off a heck of a load of people. Maybe if he hadn't

stuck his oar in and continued playing golf like he usually did, Hillary might

just have won. Four more years of Obama was unthinkable I guess.

Report: CIA set up task-force in 2016 to investigate possible Russian funding of Trump's campaign

"A US counterintelligence task force was established by the CIA in 2016 to investigate possible Russian funding of

President-elect Donald Trump's presidential campaign, the BBC reported on Friday."

"The task force included the FBI, the Treasury and Justice Departments, the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,

and the National Security Agency (NSA)."

"It was set up after the director of the CIA, John Brennan, received a recording of a conversation about money from the Kremlin going into Trump's campaign coffers, the BBC's Paul Wood reported. The recording was apparently passed to the CIA by the intelligence agency of one of the Baltic States."

The man-child is at it again.

Trump tweets: SNL is ‘worst of NBC’

"President-elect Donald Trump tweeted Sunday evening about “Saturday Night Live,” again attacking the NBC comedy show for parodying him."

“"@NBCNews is bad but Saturday Night Live is the worst of NBC. Not funny, cast is terrible, always a complete hit job. Really bad television!” he wrote.

Anything to keep those Golden Showers stories off the front pages... :whistling:

Interesting.

The Golden one, err, Orange one can't stop watching the show.

Vain much, Donnie?

I suggest Trump let this one go. Alec Baldwin is a miserable human being, but his impression of The Donald is funny as hell.

Pauline Hansen was apparently given tickets to the inauguration by the Trump camp. She is a professed Trumpite. They a bit coy about the motives behind the tickets but spokespersons are making the necessary splinter comments her party enjoys in the media. Hansen is a very divisive figure in australian politics for her views on immigration so it would be a significant,  if laughable, comment in Australian domestic politics if it was more than just tickets but the alluded to invitation.

This goes in the bin with so much else re Hansen.

Monica Crowley bows out of Trump administration post following plagiarism revelations

"The move comes after CNN's KFile uncovered multiple instances of plagiarism in her 2012 book, her columns for the Washington Times, and her 2000 Ph.D. dissertation for Columbia University."

"Crowley was slated to be the senior director of strategic communications for the National Security Council in Trump's administration."

CNN's KFILE originally reported last week that Crowley had plagiarized more than 50 times in her 2012 book "What the Bleep Just Happened."

Thank heavens for the Press.

Doing the job of vetting that the con-man's people failed to do.

First on CNN: Trump's cabinet pick invested in company, then introduced a bill to help it

"Rep. Tom Price last year purchased shares in a medical device manufacturer days before introducing legislation that would have directly benefited the company, raising new ethics concerns for President-elect Donald Trump's nominee for Health and Human Services secretary."

"Price bought between $1,001 to $15,000 worth of shares last March in Zimmer Biomet, according to House records reviewed by CNN."

"Less than a week after the transaction, the Georgia Republican congressman introduced the HIP Act, legislation that would have delayed until 2018 a Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulation that industry analysts warned would significantly hurt Zimmer Biomet financially once fully implemented."

Jeez, they're gonna have to add more water to the swamp so the con-man's fat-cats have room to slither amongst each other.

Blustering hyperbole.

Based on nothing other than your vacant, erroneous opinion.

Which is in true Trumpeteer fashion, childish, snide jabs at a messenger.

Yet, you fawn at the documented despicable, crass, ignorant buffoon who is the con-man.

Truly Bizarre.

The Bruce Springsteen cover band set to perform at Donald Trump’s upcoming presidential inauguration has cancelled its performance out of “respect and gratitude for Bruce.”

The B Street Band announced it would withdraw from the gala on Monday, days after singer Jennifer Holliday backed out of performing.

Who's going to be left?  Not many.

Still the numbers of people attending the inauguration could be huge according to reports...................the trouble is that most of them will be protesting!

Unfit and historically UNPOPULAR.

Already and not even president yet.

Fiction writers couldn't possibly invent a man more unsuitable for the presidency.

God help us.

Trump gets no respect. That’s because he hasn’t earned it.

To Trump’s many self-assigned superlatives, he can now add another: the sorest winner. With charity for none and with malice toward all but his supporters, he has in the past two months set a new standard for gracelessness in victory

Say what you will about Trump but looking at Jingthing's latest avatar, I can't help but think that Andy Warhol would have made a fantastic Trump portrait.

The reality of his horrific unfitness is about to begin in real life.

It's so tragic so many U.S. voters were conned by the master con man.

But it appears that even many of his own voters have already realized the MISTAKE.

Trump starts off in an incredibly weak position. And this new polling suggests it might get worse.

Donald Trump — who likes to falsely claim a landslide win and has widely ridiculed suggestions that outside interference might have helped tipped the election — appears to be highly sensitive to the notion that his popular support might not be as broad, deep, and adulatory as he thinks it should be.

Two new polls out this morning suggest that he’s right to fear this: They find that Trump starts out in the weakest position of any president in decades.

Didn't see any proof of that in your link from the Washington Post. It is the same people that said he would never be the Republican candidate and the same people who said that he would never be President - sour grapes.

Yes, it's the same majority that voted against him in the election, plus a few more:

" First, the toplines. The new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that only 40 percent of Americans view Trump favorably, versus 54 percent who view him unfavorably. Those numbers are identical (40-54) on the question of whether Americans approve of how he’s handled the transition so far. Only 44 percent say Trump is qualified to serve as president. "
