I'm in Laksi/Ngamwongwan and he service seems to be down.  Was on hold with TOT call center but gave up when no one picked up after 15 mins.

Not here up in Chiang Mai,if you had gotten through to TOT

they would have told you to unplug the router for 10 mins

then put it back on again,if a lot of people are down I suspect

they just don't answer the phone.
