Hey guys i had a DTAC prepay card, yesterday i lost it, beside the loss of many numbes which is frustrating in itself it means people cant contact me.

Is it possible to get a new pre-paid card and get the number transfered? long shot but anyone done this?

If you have your original package with all the info, serial number etc you should be able to get help from a DTAC shop/customer center. Go and see them!

dont think i do but will pay a visit and try anyway!

My wife had her prepay Dtac stolen and if it's registered you just have to show ID at the Dtac shop and they take care of it right away

If you or your girlfriend registered in the past, you only need a police report and some ID, and they will arrange a replacement SIM with the same number within a couple of minutes!

In case you never registered, the original package with the serial number and PUK code is needed...

I renewed my Sim card on Saturday at Paragon Center which is just off the BTS Siam station. The Dtac Customer Shop is on about the thrid or fourth floor.

I produced my UK Driving Licence complete with identification photo and also a couple of phone numbers I had recently rang.

In and out within ten minutes and it was free!

PS The new Sim was void of telephone numbers and SMS's etc but it did have 35 credit transferred.

Why did you "renew" your SIM card?
