PRANBURI:-- An arrest ha been made in last week's attack on two tourists in the Pranburi area who were studying Thai boxing.

Police were pictured with a handcuffed man named only as "James Lor" who was pointing at the ground (he is the man in the orange shirt). It appeared on the Facebook page of Kulsawek Sawekwannakorn.

No mention was made of two other men involved in the attack. The report said that a bottle was used to attack the tourists. The assailants stole property and a motorbike that was later sold on.

The attack happened on the Pranburi - Sam Roi Yot Road on the 26th of July in the early hours of the morning.

At the time it was reported that the tourists - an Italian and a Moroccan - were wheeling a motorbike that they had rented after it had run out of petrol.

They were attacked by three men and left with head wounds and bruises on their bodies.

They were studying Muay Thai at the 301 club in the area.
