Thai Drivers license. How to get?

I am a Singaporean. I have a SIngapore Driving License. I am married to a Thai wife and am in Thailand with a non immigrant O Visa for 1 year.

Currently I am residing in Abac BangNa Samut Prakan .

 

I would like to get a Thai's Driver License or convert my Singapore Driving License to a Thai one. 

How should I got about it? What documents are required.

where should I go to do it?
