Cloudnet-Now freezing a lot

So about 2 years ago, I had a guy  come & hook-up cloudnet.

He first checked internet strength, hooked it into my TV, charged 6,500 Baht and I top up every month, think its 5oo Baht a month.

All was good, I was getting all the channels I wanted-RTE, BBC & sky Sports.

It did freeze up the odd time but no big deal.

However, over the past few months, it is freezing up too much and sometimes looses connection-All other devices work normally, so its not the internet connection.

Was wondering it I need an upgrade or something to stop this problems.

Alternatively, I could just buy another system.
