The answer to both of your questions is TRUE Cable. After a few experiences with other providers, I've been the happy owner of an unshared SME cable connection (having an Internet cafe) for about a year. It must be as stable as you can possible get it in Thailand.

However, in CM its only avaiable in the downtown area - not sure about the exact coverage, but that's to be found out by asking themselves.

How do i get in touch with the True Cable people?

Where are they in CNX?

I looked at the True website, but couldn't work out where the True Cable deal was discussed...
