Cannot load "Content I posted in"

If I click on "view new content" (all), it works fine.

 

If I try to drill down the search either by using the drop down menu labelled "Activity" on the yellow band to the left or by using the drop-down menu from the tabs that go across the screen, to look for "content I posted in", the search always fails either timing out after some minutes or giving an error message.

Going on for days now.

I consider this a VERY SERIOUS usability issue.

I didn't post about it myself because I figured the forum people must have already known about it.

I don't have the problem on the Android app.

On the regular site, I tried to logout and back in (as I'm on automatic login normally) to see if that fixed it. It did not.

Is it possible for the support people to acknowledge that this big problem exists (because it does) and let us know whether there are any suggested user fixes and/or that you gals are working on it?

I think @Tech Doctor is absolutely aware if this issue as (IMO) a lot of people are suffering from this.

 

It's absolutely frustrating, I even tried configuring new streams with different parameters but they all suffer from the same .........

also my content/posts  now only go back to 2012  I joined in 2003 so missing 9 years of posts !

I thought the indexing had finished.

@Tech Doctor must have applied some patches because it's working again !!

 

But 1 thing, it's not showing all activity yet. For me it's only going back till August 16th

 

Edit: more activity is coming back slowly (at the moment we are at August 11th)

I just did a test connecting to http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/discover/28/ and after 4 mins I stopped waiting. So it seems the patch hasn't worked.

 

Opening the main forum has a 10 sec delay (see screenshot)

The "Content I Posted In" link is still not working for me today, and pretty much has never worked ever since the main re-do of the forum's software.

 

There have been a few brief periods where it did work somewhat, albeit very slow in finally bringing up the request web page. But today, as in many days before, you can wait forever and it brings up nothing.

 

It's not like this is a new problem. The main forum support thread is littered with complaints about this exact issue, but it's nice someone created a separate thread on the subject as well.

TD applied some patches last night and it's back to speed it used to be and thus not timing out !
