You must have overlooked all the other farangs from you name it.  Simply, the threads don't matter, just keep thrown the baht.  Even walk down your local street with just a cheap pair of shorts will do....that is if the baht is still flying.

A shirt & tie works well.

Not quite the same physical attributes as now knocking on the door of 60 (damn!) but last time wife and I walked down the street of fun she held my hand so tight that it took a thirty minute negotiation for me to get release to use hong nam.

 

sadly my zipper broke in the open position and it took a very long time to explain that one.....

I find a clean wife beater and a new pair of flips flops impresses the ladies.

In all seriousness a polo shirt or such type with a collar goes a long way in my opinion.  And cheap flip flops or other foot wear are noticed.

If you really wanna impress chicks in Patts then you need to have a 1,000 baht bill hanging out of your shirt's breast pocket and one from each side of your left & right side of your trousers. That will really get those chicks impressed.
