Actually most available males in the West (at that age group) are that way too.

 

But I agree, more so here in Thailand.

What makes you think they think any differently from farang guys... they are probably more interested in Thai guys.

My experience (not on Tinder, I hasten to add) is that Western women here are perfectly happy to strike up a conversation if you don't come across as being complacent insofar as the ubiquity of Thai women means you can "take it or leave it" or be boorish and over-confident in your approach.

 

Personally, I welcome the opportunity to have a conversation with a woman that extends beyond superficial bullshit and in which I don't have to dull the beautiful precision of the English language to suit my audience.

I'm (nearly) always happy to respond to the Western men that talk to me.

 

Experience tells me that (mostly) they only do this when they really want to talk to someone that will/can actually talk to them.
