You could try Fine Art's photo equipment and print shop and ask Art.

 

His place is near the Main Bus Station, going there, at the top of the Station your have a cross road, turn left at the cross road and then the first right, just a little be up this road, on your left there is a photo shop (sign in Thai) pop in there as ask for Art. He speaks very good English, so does his wife, both Thai's by the way and mention my name Win.
