CAT wifi Udon Thani area

CAT wi fi seems to have slowed considerably since I moved north of Udon back in January this year.Now any of the browsers will stall and give me ..........not responding.I use both windows 7 (on a HP 18) and windows 10 on my Acer laptop,also Skype has not been very good with signal problems .Does anyone have suggestions as to what may be causing it ?Previous to July this year it was running  OK but now?
