Some more details regarding my superb condo. Annual maintenance costs are 5600 bt. Electric is approx 500 - 800 bt per month(depending on aircon use)and water is 300-500 bt per month. A really cheap retirement getaway home.

Hi Guys, thanks for all your advice and interest. I have sold the condo for the full asking price. My 64 sq m condo is however still available. Get in before its too late. The condo market in Pattaya is alive and well!!!
